Gary Troutman, IOM, President/CEO of the Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce and HS Metro Partnership, has been elected as president of the Arkansas Economic Developers & Chamber Executives Board of Directors. He was first elected to the board in January 2019. Troutman has served on the Membership, Education, and Annual Conference Committees, previously chairing the former two and he currently chairs the Annual Conference Committee.
